Business &Tender Assistant
Key Responsibilities 1.Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents. 2.Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, commercial, and administrative information required for bids. 3.Review tender documents and identify submission requirements, deadlines, and compliance criteria. 4.Prepare and organize supporting documents, forms, and correspondence. 5.Maintain tender records, databases, and document control systems. 6.Monitor tender opportunities and support the commercial team in bid planning. 7.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors when required. 8.Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. 9.Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Department. 10.Perform other duties assigned by the Business/Tender Manager. Requirements 1.Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2.1–3 years of experience in tendering, commercial administration, or construction administration is preferred. Good understanding of tendering procedures and construction documentation. 3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 4.Excellent organizational and document management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good command of written and spoken English.
Receptionist
Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office. Key Responsibilities 1.Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. 2.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries. 3.Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable. 4.Schedule meetings and assist with meeting room arrangements. 5.Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. 6.Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required. 7.Support HR and Administration with daily office tasks. Perform other administrative duties assigned by management. Civil Engineer
1. Basic Information Item Details Job Title Civil Engineer Department Project Department Location Mobile/Site-based(varies according to company project locations) Reporting to Project Manager/Chief Engineer Employment Type Full-time Salary: Negotiable 2.Key Responsibilities 2.1 Project Planning & Schedule and Document Management Prepare and manage construction organization plans, including weekly and monthly progress schedules using Microsoft Project. Prepare daily site logs to document work progress, issues, and key activities. Organize and archive drawings, technical documents, and work procedures for special trades. 2.2 Site Surveying, Technical Supervision & Quality Control Perform all construction surveying and setting-out work on site. Conduct technical briefings to general foremen and trade foremen before work commences; ensure important documents are properly archived. Implement quality inspection and acceptance procedures to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes. Ensure safe production and civilized construction on site; enforce health & safety regulations. 2.3 Material Planning, Tracking & Testing Prepare material procurement plans and coordinate with relevant personnel to track material orders and delivery status. Arrange and conduct sampling and testing of materials, test cubes, compaction tests, and pressure tests; submit qualified test reports to the engineer in a timely manner. 2.4 Coordination, Reporting & Issue Escalation Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Timely obtain and implement the latest drawings and instructions; report any issues that cannot be resolved at project level to headquarters immediately. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders 2.5 Cost Control, Payment Applications & Contract Management Monitor project costs and progress control. Submit monthly payment applications to the quantity surveyor; upon certification, compare differences and liaise with the QS for adjustments if significant discrepancies exist. Assist with project cost accounting, quantity take-off, and project final account. Handle project contract-related matters in coordination with headquarters. 2.6 Deputy Role & Other Duties In the absence of an appointed Project Manager/Project Leader, exercise full authority and responsibilities of the Project Manager/Project Leader. Perform other tasks and temporary assignments as directed by the Project Department or headquarters 3.Qualification Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Engineer, preferably in building or civil infrastructure projects Proficient in Microsoft Project – must demonstrate practical experience in creating, updating, and managing project schedules using MS Project Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); AutoCAD or other design software is a plus Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, project sequencing, and site safety standards Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Valid driver's license; willingness to travel and relocate to different project sites as required by company projects
