Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office. Key Responsibilities 1.Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. 2.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries. 3.Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable. 4.Schedule meetings and assist with meeting room arrangements. 5.Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. 6.Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required. 7.Support HR and Administration with daily office tasks. Perform other administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements 1.Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. 2.Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant is preferred. 3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 5.Professional appearance and positive attitude. 6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 7.Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to work independently. 8.High level of integrity and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications 1.Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage. 2.Valid Namibian driver's license will be an advantage.
